INTERNAL STRUCTURE

When create/change metalink a hash of links interrelations is being built. Hash's key is linktype_id and hash value is array of linktype's meta sign and linktype's dependency from current linktype.

The values of dependency are: 0 - for independent link 1 - for parents and ancestors 2 - for children 3 - for non-children descendants

Use standard transaction API to prevent locking apache child by failed transaction.
Link type attribute AUTHORIZE cannot be changed for non-metalinks.
